Europe is faced with the biggest refugee-migrant crisis after World War II. It is noted an increased influx of refugees and migrants. On their way, we also found Croatia which has for now successfully answered on such crisis situation. Goals: The main goal of this work is an elaboration, internationally-legal protection and ethical treatment with refugees on European migration route, with a review on Croatian experiences and programs and safety aspects of the refugee crisis. Data sources and methods: The work is conceived as analytical-descriptive work in which are used the method of analysis of content from media, text material, and articles which are exhaustively reporting about this crisis situation and are a great source of research. From media content analysis we learn more about the topic itself which contributes to better understanding of the event in focus of this work. The second used method is a descriptive one, and it includes describing the state of thing. Results: The Scientific hypothesis is not set and there haven’t been measurable results. Conclusion: Fight against terrorism and solution for this crisis situation demand European community and solidarity through international cooperation and interdisciplinary approach in solving problems wherein with humanitarian by no means cant forget nor safety aspect od refugee-migrant crisis about which we are speaking.
