Abstract	Tema je rada ronjenje kao alternativni terapijski program liječenja ratnih veterana i članova njihovih obitelji s poremećajima mentalnog zdravlja i tjelesnim oštećenjima. Mnogi veterani i članovi njihove obitelji ne dobivaju odgovarajuću zaštitu tjelesnog i mentalnog zdravlja tipičnim medicinskim kanalima usmjerenim na veterane, često zbog složenosti vojnih ozljeda.Tradicionalni psihijatrijski tretmani imaju ograničenja, stoga je od presudne važnosti da istražujemo i prakticiramo alternativne metode. Ronjenje nadopunjava ukupnu učinkovitost liječenja. Ronjenje može biti rekreacijska aktivnost koja ima širok spektar terapijskih ishoda koji uključuju psihološke dobrobiti, fiziološke koristi isocijalne beneficije.
Abstract (english)	Diving as an alternative therapeutic treatment program for veterans, war veterans and members of their families with mental health disorders and physical impairments Many veterans and their family members do not receive adequate physical and mental health protection through typical veteran-focused medical channels, often due to the complexity of military injuries. Traditional psychiatric treatments have limitations, so it is crucial that we explore and practice alternative methods. Diving complements the overall effectiveness of the treatment. Diving can be a recreational activity that has a wide range of therapeutic outcomes that include psychological benefits, physiological benefits, social benefits.
