| Abstract | Korporativna sigurnost predstavlja istinsku poslovnu funkciju zaštite osoba, imovine te poslovne djelatnosti u okvirima strukture velikih poslovnih organizacija. Obavljajući svoju temeljnu djelatnost u sadržaju zaštite korporativnih interesa i definiranih ciljeva, korporativna sigurnost daje doprinos i u širem okružju.
Cilj i svrha uputa za provođenje sigurnosti zdravstvenih djelatnika u bolničkom sustavu je pružiti zaštitu u svakom pogledu svim zdravstvenim djelatnicima. Upute bi se odnosile na radno mjesto osobe zaduženu za sigurnost koja bi obavlja poslove na objektu bolnice.
Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da 241 ispitanik, zdravstveni djelatnik ispitanici (241), njih 141 ili 58,51% tijekom radnog staža u bolničkom sustavu bili u situaciji da im je bolesnici i/ili pratnja bolesnicia ugrozila sigurnost na radnom mjestu, čak njih 92 ili 38,17% osjećaju Strah od ponovnog susreta osoba ili osobe koja je ugrozila sigurnost na njihovom radnom mjestu.
Od 141 zdravstvenih djelatnika koji je tijekom radnog staža u bolničkom sustavu bio u situaciji da mu je bolesnici i/ili pratnja bolesnicia ugrozila sigurnost na radnom mjestu u čak 22,58% ili u 52 slučaja imali su više od 10 situacija ugroze sigurnosti, odnosno do 5 slučajeva ugroze sigurnosti njih 28,22%. Rezultati nam sljedeći prikazuju da zdravstveni djelatnici, njih čak 207 ili 85,89% iskazuju potrebu za osobom sprečavanje ugroženosti sigurnosti djelatnika bolničkog sustava, odnosno samo 14,11% zdravstvenih djelatnika koji sudjeluju u ovom istraživanju ne smatraju to nužnim, također slični rezultati su i kod podatka da zdravstveni djelatnici, njih čak 217 ili 90,04% smatraju da je potrebno prisustvo osobe koja je zadužena za sigurnost djelatnika bolničkog sustava tijekom 24-satnog radnog vremena, odnosno samo 9,96% zdravstvenih djelatnika koji sudjeluju u ovom istraživanju ne smatraju to nužnim.
Rezultati također prikazuju da 54 zdravstvena djelatnika ili njih 22,41% smatraju da su jutarnji sati od 06 do 12 sati, najmanji Vremenski period_najveći rizik za ugrožavanjem sigurnosti djelatnika bolničkog sustava, na ukupnom uzorku ispitanika

Dvoje djelatnika nije se odlučilo za niti jedan ponuđeni vremenski period ili 0,83% ukupnog uzorka. | Abstract (english) | Corporate security is a true business function of protection of persons, property and business activities within the structure of large business organizations. By performing its core business in the content of the protection of corporate interests and defined goals, corporate security contributes to the wider environment. The aim and purpose of the guidelines for the implementation of the safety of healthcare professionals in the hospital system is to provide protection in every respect of all healthcare professionals.
