Abstract
Naslov ovog diplomskog rada je „Određivanje oleandrina u listu oleandera (Nerium Oleander L.)“. Cilj: Odrediti masu oleandrina u suhoj tvari lista oleandera u 10 uzoraka prikupljenih u tri županije RH. Metode: Uzorci su ispitivani HPLC tehnikom nakon ekstrakcije oleandrina smjesom otapala iz sušenog lista oleandera. Napravljene su dvije ekstrakcije uz mijenjanje načina ekstrakcija i uvjeta kromatografije. Rezultati: Dobivene vrijednosti kod obje ekstrakcije pokazuju velike razlike u dobivenim masama oleandrina u suhoj tvari koji su prikazani u tablicama 8 i 9, a usporedive su sa rezultatima slične studije provedene u Alžiru. Zaključak: Pri određivanju oleandrina posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti ekstrakciji i za HPLC analizu koristit polarnije C-8 kolone.
Abstract (english)
Title of this master’s thesis is "Determination of oleandrine in a leaf of oleanders (Nerium Oleander L.)". Objective: To determine mass of oleandrin in dry leaves of Oleander in 10 samples collected in three regions in Croatia. Methods: Samples are examined with HPLC technique after extraction of oleandrin with mixture of solvents from dry leaves of Oleander. We made two different extractions and changed conditions in chromatography. Results: Results for both extractions shows great differences in obtained mass of oleandrin in dry matter which are presented in tables 8 and 9, and comparable to results obtained in similar studies in Algeria. Conclusion: At determining oleandrin special care must be used in extraction and in HPLC need to be used more polar C-8 column.
